The town is located just south of the airport (a ten minute taxi or coach ride), and is conventient for the north and south of the island, for those that want to explore more of the island.  There are plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as a couple of clubs, and late night bars. Plus there are several beautiful beaches, as well as plenty of water based fun.

Fuerteventura is a cheap island, and the rental prices for those wishing to make a tailor made holiday are very low. Property prices are very low at the moment, and you could buy a place right now for £50,000 without too much difficulty.
